The Lucia Project brand is currently based in California, with the fulfillment center being based in North Carolina. Despite being on the West Coast, we source and curate our products from across the United States and globally.
At the moment, no. The Lucia Project is currently in the process of launching a pop-up shop experience and a design studio. Stay tuned, more to come.
Ordering +
It’s simple.
To add an item to your order, go to the product page, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the quantity box and then click the “Add to cart” button.
When you are ready to checkout, you can click on “Cart” to view all the products in your cart. A checkout button at the bottom of the page will take you to a sign in page. From there, you can sign in if you already have an account with us, or you can continue shopping as a guest. You will then complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information.
Upon completing these steps, just click “Place Order” and you're all checked out. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly. If you don’t receive, please don’t hesitate to reach out to info@luciaproject.com.
We accept all major credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay.
Shipping +
Within the U.S., shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the object.
For standard ground shipping, orders are fulfilled by our team and shipped within 2 business days from the date the order being placed.
We also offer an expedited shipping option.
Returns +
We will accept returns and exchanges of products if they are returned within 30 days of customer receipt, a valid proof of purchase is provided, and items are returned in good condition (unused and unwashed).
Rest assured, the Lucia Project has your back. Please do the following:
- Take some photos of your damaged item(s), and any additional supporting photos such as a damaged box.
- In addition to the photos, please send proof of purchase and email them to info@luciaproject.com.
- Allow up to 10 business days for our team to review and process a new shipment to receive your replacement(s).
Please note, the above process is for products bought directly from The Lucia Project website.
From the date of return being received to our fulfillment team, please allow up to 7 days to process the return.
